Tanzania Directs Regions and Districts to Reserve Land for Industrial Clusters
Tanzania's Minister for Lands has directed regions and districts to set aside dedicated areas for industrial clusters to attract investment and prevent land use conflicts. In Itilima District, 506 of 1,604 surveyed plots had been titled and registered by June 2026.
