Belarus’ FM: European security model has failed
The European security model has failed, and Europe itself is becoming a source of conflicts and confrontation, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov said at a meeting of the Council of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, on 24 July.
