The Setra S 515 HD is a coach manufactured by the German company Setra since 2012. There is also a Setra S 515 HDH variant.
The Setra S 515 HD was first introduced in 2012. The model is equipped with Mercedes-Benz diesel engines: the 428-HP Antos or the 476-HP Actros. The standard transmission is a six-speed manual. An eight-speed PowerShift automated manual transmission is available upon request. The steering wheel is from the Actros, but features a “K” emblem in honor of Karl Kässbohrer, the founder of Kässbohrer GmbH (now known as Setra). Regardless of operating conditions, the bus is highly adaptable.
