Tanzania Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Budget 2026/2027 of TZS 210.26 Billion Backs Investor Land Allocation, TZS 466 Billion Samia Housing Scheme and TZS 607 Billion NHC Joint Venture Pipeline

Tanzania's TZS 210.26 billion Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Budget 2026/27 directs 52.3% to development, including the allocation of 5,000 hectares to investors via TISEZA, the survey of 500,000 plots and 500 farms, and the continued rollout of the TZS 466 billion Samia Housing Scheme by the National Housing Corporation (NHC). The Ministry is also reviewing a TZS 607 billion pipeline of 68 new joint venture housing and commercial property applications, of which 38 are set to start in June 2026.
