Power outages have been reported across Georgia, including in Tbilisi. Authorities have yet to make a statement. Social media users in several towns and cities, including Batumi, Zugdidi, and Kutaisi, are reporting power cuts, with electricity cut shortly after midnight between July 23 and 24. More to follow…
