Armenia * Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz yesterday. According to the Armenian readout, they ‘exchanged views on topical issues of the regional and international agenda’ and underscored the ‘importance of sustainable and lasting peace in the region’. They also touched upon the ‘consistent development of bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Germany, as well as the prospects for further deepening the Armenia–EU partnership.
