Chinese chain Molly Tea ordered to pay Louis Vuitton B50m for trademark infringement
Chinese tea chain Molly Tea has been ordered to pay Louis Vuitton 10.3 million yuan (50 million baht) in damages for the unauthorised use of a logo similar to the French luxury brand's four-petalled floral monogram.
