New ageing policy prioritises elder wellbeing and protection
The Cook Islands’ first formally endorsed National Positive Ageing Policy and Action Plan 2026–2030 was launched yesterday at the Are Pa Metua, taking a significant step towards improving the wellbeing, inclusion and protection of pa metua (elderly) in the country.
