Georgia resident, elderly California woman among 3 more arrested for 2016 cold case Apple Valley murder
Michael Brooks was 54 years old when he was found dead inside an Inland Empire home on Aug. 10, 2016. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Brooks died from a single gunshot wound inside a home in the 12600 block of Apple Valley Road.
