Konghou (箜篌): The Lost Ancient Chinese Harp Preserved in Japan
The only surviving examples of the konghou, an ancient Chinese harp, are preserved in Japan's Shōsōin Repository, originally built to house the treasures of Tōdai-ji Temple.
