Belarusian victorious at paracanoe championships in Portugal
The Belarusian athlete secured a victory in the 200m VL1 event (for athletes with physical impairments). In the final Tovpenets clocked 1:00.646, finishing a second ahead of the silver medalist Artur Chuprov from Russia.
