Banja Luka judge sanctioned in first final HJPC BiH asset declaration case
SARAJEVO, June 12 (FENA) – The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a decision imposing a disciplinary measure on Banja Luka Basic Court judge Dubravka Vidović, reducing her salary by 40 percent for a period of ten months for violating provisions related to the submission of asset and interest declarations.
