8 June 2026 – President Zelenskyy to attend Nordic-Baltic leaders’ summit in Tallinn
The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, will attend a meeting of the prime ministers of the Nordic and Baltic countries in Tallinn on 9 June, as Estonia uses its NB8 presidency to push for stronger support for Ukraine and closer regional defence cooperation.
The format brings together Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.
According to the Estonian prime minister, Kristen Michal, supporting Ukraine is one of the main priorities of Estonia’s NB8 presidency.
