Dongfeng Nammi Box

Dōngfēng nàmǐ 01 “Box” Dongfeng Box EV at GITEX 2026 (Marrakesh) The Nammi 01 (东风纳米 01) is an electric subcompact hatchback. It is produced by Dongfeng Nammi since January 2024. Overview Dongfeng unveiled the Nammi 01 at the Guangzhou Motor Show on 17 November 2023. Pre-sales began at the same time. The model officially rolled off the production line on 6 January 2024 under the new Nammi EV brand. The Nammi 01 has two types of lithium iron phosphate batteries. The first has a capacity of 31.45 kWh and provides a range of 330 km. The second battery, with a capacity of 42.3 kWh, allows a range of up to 430 km. Both variants are equipped with a 70 kW (94 HP) permanent magnet synchronous motor with a torque of 160 N·m. The motor is front-mounted. Markets Dongfeng Box is the official model name for European markets. In August 2024, the vehicle arrived in several European countries. In Norway, Finland and Switzerland, it is sold under the name Dongfeng Nammi Box. In Malaysia, the model appeared in 2024 by Pekema, a subsidiary of Central Auto Distributors. Two variants are available: E2 (31.45 kWh) and E3 (42.3 kWh). The model arrived also in the South African market on 25 November 2025. Dongfeng is entering the South African market with four variants: E1 330, E2 330, E2 430 and E3 430. All are powered by 31.4 kWh and 42.3 kWh batteries.
