Woman reports 53-year-old common-law husband missing since Saturday
By Hugh O’Brien: On Wednesday the 29th April, 2026, Elsa Lovinia Allen reported that her 53-year-old common-law husband Herbert James Stuart Jr. is missing.
According to the woman, her husband left home around 7:30 am on Saturday the 25th of April, 2026 to go to work in Los Lagos area in Ladyville Village and since then she had not seen him nor heard about him.
Herbert James Stuart Jr. is of brown complexion; stout in body built in body size, had long hair shoulder length, and is about six feet in height. He was last seen dressed in a grey in color shirt, ¾ olive in color jeans pants and was wearing a white cap with grey tennis. He has a tattoo with the name Tercia on the left shoulder and another tattoo with the name Jaymel on the right shoulder.
A missing person report has been filed with the police.
Anyone who has seen or heard from Stuart is asked to kindly contact the Missing Person page or 610-6094 or the police with tips.
