Kela services hit by widespread technical fault

A major technical fault has disrupted multiple public service systems, leaving users unable to access online platforms and remote services since early Thursday. The disruption began during the early hours of 23 April and affects the main website, online accounts and parts of the phone service. The primary website remains offline, with a temporary replacement page in use. Remote transactions through digital channels are not working.
