After a quarter-century, the women at the helm of Arkansas’s gay rodeo are retiring

Spouses Lisa Smith and Sandy Bidwell, two retired Army vets who run Arkansas’s biannual gay rodeo, plan to step down after this year’s event, held April 25-26 at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds.
